How long does delivery take?

Our shipping times are generally 5–10 business days, calculated from the date of shipment.
The total delivery time consists of two phases:

1. Processing time
1–3 business days for order verification and preparation for shipment.

2. Delivery time
5–10 business days for shipping – depending on the delivery location, shipping partner, and current volume.
For sale or promotional items, the delivery time may be slightly extended due to external warehouses or high demand.

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so that you can check the status of your package at any time.

Shipping information

• Every order is carefully checked, packed, and handed over to our shipping partner.

• We deliver to the address provided during checkout.

• Please check your details before finalizing your order, as incorrect addresses can lead to delays.

• Should a shipment not be deliverable due to an incorrect address or refusal of delivery, we may deduct any additional costs or return fees from the refund amount.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Shipping may be free above a certain order value or as part of special promotions.

For deliveries outside of Switzerland, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply.
These are not included in the purchase price and are to be paid directly by the recipient in accordance with the regulations of the respective country.
