We process personal data in accordance with the FADP (CH) and – where applicable – the GDPR (EU).

2. What data we process

  • Master data: Name, email, phone, billing/shipping address.

  • Order data: purchased/returned items, order numbers, transaction details.

  • Payment data: card type, transaction ID (we do not store full card details).

  • Usage/device data: IP address, browser/device, log files, cookie IDs.

3. Purposes & Legal bases

  • Contract/Performance: Order processing, delivery, returns, customer service (Art. 6 para. 1 b GDPR).

  • Legitimate interest: Shop operation, fraud prevention, statistics, reach measurement (Art. 6 para. 1 f GDPR).

  • Legal obligations: Accounting, storage, disclosures to authorities (Art. 6 para. 1 c GDPR).

  • Consent: Newsletter, marketing cookies (Art. 6 para. 1 a GDPR / Art. 30 FADP).

4. Recipients & Processors

  • Shop platform: Shopify Inc. (hosting, shop functions).

  • Payment services: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, TWINT, Apple Pay, Google Pay.

  • Logistics: Shipping/fulfillment service providers (delivery, return).

  • IT/Analytics/Marketing: only if necessary and in accordance with data processing agreements.

5. Cookies & Tracking

We use technically necessary cookies as well as – upon consent – analysis/marketing cookies (e.g., Shopify Analytics, potentially Google Analytics with IP anonymization). When visiting our website for the first time, a cookie banner will appear, allowing you to manage your consent; without cookies, individual features may be restricted.

Sent only after opt-in. Unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email or by sending a message to info@boutiqa.ch

7. Data security

SSL encryption, role-based access, data processing with contractually guaranteed security (PCI-DSS for payment services). We do not store complete card/account data.

Storage only as long as necessary for the purpose/contract; legal obligations (e.g., tax/commercial law CH/EU) remain reserved.

9. Your rights

According to FADP/GDPR: information, rectification, deletion, restriction, data portability, objection (in case of consent: withdrawal with future effect).

10. International transfers

Our shop is not aimed at minors. We do not knowingly collect data from individuals below the applicable legal minimum age.

For linked third-party sites, their own privacy policies apply. We are not responsible for their content/processing.

We may adapt this declaration. The version published on boutiqa.ch with the update date shall apply.
